Ok,,, I will type slower so you under stand or assume you have never been in dozens of court cases and do not know law so here goes:
1) I totally understand the rules of 10b-5... You can do that regardless of whether the stock is $7, $9, $4 per share. We agree? so why NOW after claiming there is "300 million shares short and the stock could go to $20!" are you selling below a $1.00 ??? Does that makes sense? if it does to you, i can't help you. I can explain it to you but i can't understand it or you.
2) Wes admits many of his cases were "DISMISSED"...that doesn't mean they were "SETTLED"...or else it would say so. So this Ham Myth you all regurgitate about ' 23-0 Wes"... is FALSE. It's a lie being spread by others Not Wes, but it is still a LIE none the less. Hopefully you do not have too much $$ in this company or have at least taken your profits off the table . Good luck but if you need more definitions, facts and understanding, feel free to ask....BTW... Wasn't everybody told Alpine was out of business for the last 5 months? Did you look at the stay the court issued? not happening anytime soon...another lie/myth told by your buddy Ham...
