Charts mean nothing when a party is converting. Should be close to done if not finished up. Flippers will toss around shares sub .002 for a week or so before a new floor can be established .002+. If the company ever starts PR'ing outside of twitter, we could see rapid movement.

Since dilution should be finished, which we can follow and there were no others, it can only be retailers who realize profits.
When they're done, which I'm slowly assuming is the case, the price will literally explode without a seller.
