FINRA denied the corporate actions due to the missing 6 years of filings.
I just checked. The missing 6 years still have not been filed.

I just checked, it doesn't look like the 6 years of missing filings needed filed and GVSI is getting it's name and ticker change.

Looks like our Ihub savior missed it again :-(
