Q1 23 income was 4.9 million
versus Q1 22 income of only 1.144 mil.

Net income for Q1 23 is 805k versus a loss in Q1 22 of 2.26 million.

Find me a triple 0 stock that has a net income of 805k! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Lagan stated that there were approximately ten billion shares issued and outstanding and that there were two hundred and fifty billion shares authorized meaning that there was no need for a reverse split for the foreseeable future. He confirmed that the Company currently had no plans to complete a reverse split.

Net revenues were $4.9 million for the three months ended March 31, 2023, as compared to net revenues of $1.1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2022, an increase of $3.8 million. We attribute the increase in net revenues to increased billings related primarily to greater inpatient admissions and increased collections at our Big South Fork Medical Center. We began billing as a Critical Access Hospital in the three months ended June 30, 2022 retroactive to July 1, 2021.
