I’m not sure if the lawsuit has legs but if it does the payout could be huge for a company the size of enta (3 percent of 30B would give enta a 1B payday plus future royalties). Unfortunately it can take a few years for these suits to play out. For example GSK amd GiLD didn’t settle Biktarvy for 3 years
A bad RSV and/or Covid season though would be (while bad for people) good for ENTA. Winter is not far away
