And we are to assume that he has all his ducks in a row to make this merger go through by August 15. I'm not wanting to let go of my shares at what would be a loss at this point in time. I'm just saying that his track record of being on point and meeting deadlines has not been great lately. And we're all going to feel the effect if we go past the next deadline to meet.
