And if you'd read, I didn't say anything about the attorney letter being written wrong. I stated that the attorney filing the letter is a different one than the one listed on their financials when it clearly stated on the financial form/template in section 8 that the attorney filing the letter needs to be listed there.

Its probably ok since its alternate reporting / un-audited financials.

Whenever they have official fully audited financials everything probably has to match up.
