Firstly what is a Major Crypto Exchange is it a going concern or is it located in his cousin’s basement under the name ACME

You can bet dollar’s to donut’s we’ve never heard the name of the company he’s purchasing.
It’s just his MO, it’s always forward looking and happening this week next week or 2 years from today.
How about BW last we heard New Years Day it’s closing in two weeks but magically it disappeared and vanished.
