You could be right about the annual for Tradition.

APSI did file "THEIR" annual. Tradition was acquired on Dec 28, so thats why they only reported 3 days of revenue, which was 0 I guess for 3 days.

Up until that point APSI was an empty shell. Still managed to pay themselves $128k in "general and administrative" expenses. Not a bad salary for filing paperwork.
