SMCE broker Ownership transfer requires FINRA approval and takes a very long time. People will get tired of the wait.
I base this fact on waiting for $FDCT FINRA broker ownership transfer approval of the 51% interest in CIM Securities LLC.
Nobody follows FDCT, if they did they would know about the wait it takes from FINRA

Note: I hold SMCE stock and i am not selling anytime soon. Fact is the stock has fallen and will keep falling. FINRA needs to start getting faster approvals done.
