Um his shares can’t be gone. They are Preferred B shares. If he wants to sell those shares he needs to convert them to common stock. The conversion ratio is one to one and the par value of his shares is 0.0114 So if he wants to convert his shares he needs to pay 0.0144 per share, which he won’t do if the common stock is trading below that value (you wouldn’t pay to get something of a lower value).
