I believe the CEO has done exhaustive research on the shell. Perhaps he can sue these IRP's for the fun of it. Wouldn't be the first time they have been sued. Now I don't think the lawsuit will get far since FINRA will magically approve that RM but nothing wrong w planting seeds w management.
