If you're able.to buy 3's, you're screwed. There's no logical reason for the PPS to be this low at this point. None, nada, zip. Healthy action should see the PPS climbing with demand. ESPECIALLY AS SHARES ARE TAKEN OUT BY STRONG HANDS.
