TXTM does not have to" ramp up". There are no infrastructure, supply chain, precesses, manufacturing assets to build. All Dr J has to do, is pull out his pen and redirect whatever revenue, assets he deems appropriate though TXTM , as he did with the first contract and that is instant revenue. We are talking revenue streams in the billions. This is FAR LARGER than just hemp. Listen closely to his speeches at the conferences. Look at the website. Revenue and assets are not a problem here.
To also directly address the share structure, Dr J has mentioned buyback MULTIPLE TIMES and that is obviously another tool in his arsenal.
The OTC has NEVER seen a company like this, with a Billionaire over who could literally buy the entire float with pocket change at this level. Don't make the mistake of underestimating this. Thinking it will take years for the NASDAQ. The company clearly stated it was easy for them to qualify. With the above information, I would not bet a gsinst a Billionaire who has already to over 300 million where his mouth is into this company. So this could happen with a stroke of a pen, especially with a sponsor which he most certainly has connections to.
