It won't be Caveat Emptor (although it probably deserves it). My understanding is it will go to expert market, and then will be able to retain Pink Current status once it files Unaudited results and they file an Attorney opinion letter.
Even in a CE or EM scenario you'd be able to sell, however price will drop significantly and there will be a limited market that can buy shares you are selling(i.e. Canadians)
Not much good either way as they were touting audited results and uplist to a higher exchange, none of which are achievable with the actions this week.
