the idea was put forth that the difference between panels and shootpacks was a debacle...the difference between panels and packs is very little...not enough to even bother with...and certainly not a DEBACLE in and of itself...

i made perfectly clear, several times, that there were other issues that could have been called into question regarding the army contract and that the issue of shoot pack panels wasnt one of them worth bothering about...

well ive made that comment dozens times over the years...and its irrelevant to my point that the issue of panels vs packs being a debacle is just dumb nonsense...
