Another related party sale. The ship was sold to CISS. 10% down ($4.3 million), the balance to be paid in one year.

Likely the ship isn’t worth anything close to $43 million. I doubt a year down the road IMPP is going get anywhere near the balance from CISS. Maybe even some of the balance will be paid directly to the CEO since he seems to have some ownership in these vessels.

One big shell game imo.
