Why such incredibly low standards?

1. 30-page report- Elite's LOWEST possible valuation is 40 cents

2. Nasrat - Buys on the open market in the .30s

3. Nasrat - "Elite's stock should be valued AT LEAST 400% higher than we are today." (around .04 at the time of statement)

I think ELTP has started a “drive for five”. My bet is we hit a nickel by fall… maybe even late summer.
