You can observe this effect all across the no-bid stocks. They deliberately report out of sequence, to keep showing irregular prices. The SEQ trades only make the price when they‘re the only trade of the day. Obviously, the quint-zero-ones are never out of sequence. It’s best to ignore those shenanigans. There’s no regular price below 0.0001.
