Company has no money unless shares can be sold. Yorkville shares being sold per their business plan and the "deal". Nothing to see here. Normal weekday with no other income.

Unless folks have a reason to sell, we have to let the company work through the details of financing with Stellanis and EXIM. These things just take time. I'm under water on NB and have to come to just accept that but am patient to give the company the bandwidth to get er done! It s also a good opportunity for folks to pick up shares cheaper and lower their cost basis.

If this upcoming FS release/PR and/or subsequent financing DOES NOT move the SP needle SIGNIFICANTLY, there are gonna be a LOT of VERY UNHAPPY shareholders... that is a fact!! after the SPAC debacle, and watching the Drexel wolves feeding plumply at the trough at shareholders expense.... people are probably gonna be at their wits end!! i know i will......

People have eaten breadcrumbs and dog poop for quite awhile here in Nio-Ville, that is of course unless you bought in 8-10 years ago at .06 cents... in which case you are one of the people saying 'Be patient' or Sell...

The Critical mineral space is on fire right now..... if we can't get financing for a project of this magnitude, in a dire straits Critical mineral supply line environment..... THEN SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG IN DENMARK.....

Let's get the mine- building show ON THE ROAD already....... G-Zussss
