We aren't getting any closer to anything. First we were told that this would all come to a head in May, now the latest is October. Then when we get close to this it will be next year again and the the next year and then the next year.......Prove me wrong and show us that VPLM can get judgements that are in line with the "billions and billions" of claimed ongoing infringements on patents that have thus far produce nothing. You can't!!
