There is nothing left of value to be acquired. All of the names and trade names/marks were sold off along with the Intellectual Property (IP) of both Bed Bath & Beyond and Buy Buy Baby, and the remaining leases of any value were also sold off. Many of the spaces that housed BBBY stores had already been leased out to new tenants by the landlords even prior to the auction of the most valuable leases. There is nothing of any real value left to be acquired at this point.

What would a company be acquiring I mean what do they have left to offer
