The LCYBN lawsuit has ZERO to do with FKA BioAmber or it’s former shareholders FACT

The Canadian corps with BioAmber Sarnia up next will be dissolved for noncompliance FACT

Anyone who bought BioAmber shares after August 2018 when the liquidation was approved to LCYB lost their investment if they are still holding now FACT

Not one of the lies about more to come to FKA BioAmber shareholders will ever come to fruition FACT

NDA/CA will never be used to hide a sale of a public company’s shares from its shareholders FACT

If the shares sold back in 2018 BEFORE the liquidation then FKA BioAmber shareholders would have a tender offer from the buyer and the sale would be public knowledge FACT

There are no short naked or otherwise trapped in FKA BioAmber. Anyone who held a short position is free and clear FACT and there was barely any short interest anyway

FKA BioAmber was a complete money pit burning through cash day after day quarter after quarter. It amassed what $100 mil or so in accumulated losses with no end in site. Their last quarter supposedly their “best” was still a big fat loss FACT

Insolvent companies that are liquidated for a fraction of their debt load leaving all of their creditors impaired will always leave its shareholders with ZERO FACT
