nice...everyone is different, and some peoples tolerance for lack of sleep, or broken sleep is greater than others


I feel like crap if my sleep is broken

I think exercise like your 3mile hike is very good, and helps you deal with your broken sleep schedule

hard to quantify overall health

Im actually going for our daily walk right now with my daughter(seen below in pink)

its around 2 miles, we do that 1-2x day, sometimes 3

I also ride my bike alot, go to the gym 3-4x/week and do HOTWORX sauna work outs 3-4x/week

but I need sleep, if I dont get plenty of sleep im a wreck

the pic below was taken yesterday when my daughter and grandkids came to visit, the good looking guy next to me is my 16yr old son, he just started working out this year, and is already making nice gains, wife and younger daughter are in pink, I am currently 54yrs old
