Negative poster proved he or she can make DLOC go down by false claims of note sellers.
Negative poster has been proven wrong by fact on otcmarkets of DLOC security detail unrestricted still the same as a month ago 723,988,846
This is perfectly normal for a .002 cent stock.

Negative poster stated he or she has no DLOC interest in the stock or any other otc penny stock.

What is the true reason a negative poster goes into a bunch of different penny stock chat rooms to post negative things. The answer is to cause fear!
Normally it is best to ignore the negative posts but many will get shaken.
Others will just add funds to accounts to get ready to buy more discounted shares.
