I believed in Mark more than anyone for a long period of time. I was not upset when he could not pull a large lender in because I know the effort he had put forth traveling the globe looking for funding. The red flags occurred when there was no competitive tension in the aftermath when we were assured there was. Then they entered into a horrendous deal for long time shareholders and destroyed our shares (90%) while handing away a portion of the company to a SPAC that had zero leverage. Kehler and his insider friends brought absolutely zero to the table and in return now control board seats and a large chunk of shares. That is flat out inexcusable. The rich get richer and the poor people like Putz and myself wonder why we even bother.

You can spin Dean Kehler and GX all you like but no thanks. As Nazareth stated in their hit single"I ain't so blind I can't see". Niocorp was taken to the woodshed by not doing their homework before the deal and you can plainly see the result. Yorkville, Lind, and GX are exactly what no shareholder wants to see in their company and we have seen all three.
