well, if it does, i shall have to consider breaking my vow and averaging up. i say ''consider'', as i really dont need any more... and, unless the govt collapses or the fiat dollar, i cant imagine what would change my due diligence . these are perilous political and economic times... and it would be advantageous to finalize and move forward
