Glad it worked out. The most telling thing about the stock action is that the price didn't hold a dollar due to the convertible note holders (IMO). This makes it much more likely for continued dilution so they can attempt another reverse split. The financing was complicated and I don't pretend to be an expert but that is my take. GLTY
