Wow - nice work, my man!

Thoughts:

1) hiring 7 out of 9-12 in such short order is fantastic, with the labor shortage in the mining field right now.

2) GPXM was forced into their action. WEX was/is unprepared to deal with their problems.

3) We are going to get there, albeit slowly - ie full production, making money, firm up new resources, etc.
