in all fairness it should be made clear
that GVSI is not alone in corporate action restrictions.
it applies to all tickers in the same position regardless of whether or not an appeal was ever filed,withdrawn,refiled,recycled or dumped in a land fill.
some people seem to think GVSI is being singled out as a way of discrediting it.
not the case,just simple rules that apply to everyone. of course in an entitlement society i can see where the confusion could arise. ;-)
