Probably will see unaudited filing sure. They can put anything they want into unaudited filings. Its the audit that gives those financials merit and its likely why many thought this was a good investment. Unaudited results are just like any other OTC and not what was pumped here.
the form 15 has the unaudited fins in them a form 15 takes 60 days to take effect, so they will be back pink after that, anyone selling cant buy back til it comes back and most likely a gap up when it happens.Audits can take a long time thus filing the unaudited gets it back pink and trading before. They can then file a form 10 to go back to sec reporting once the audit is complete.
