The stock going down after the merger
Is about people feeling there going to issue the difference of the 10 billion shares. To cover the cost of the deals that were made ! By giving the about 7.2 billion shares difference
That why the stock is at 002
What if that
Is not the case. And they are loans or other means and the asset will make revenue !!!
And only a 1-2 billion shares are issued!!


Imo that what is going on !!
Need time to pull it altogether!!
And if so 2- 25 cent I see!!!!
