I'll give you 3 that quickly come to mind. Poverty Dignified(P/V/D/G) ran from no bid to .12 without any RS. DarkPulse (D/P/L/S) was another monstrosity of a runner. Yet another with a much much more restrained run was P/L/Y/Z. Look them up if you'd like. Good day :)
One sign of life is that after months of no response to emails, and a full voicemail box, they were taking messages (after hours) and an email reply came within a day, saying a new development would come "soon." The voicemail greeting was repeated in French, seeming to verify their Canada connection.
Their Nevada office is a virtual one per some research. Legal but vague. I get the sense they are legit but just haven't been able to bring a physical product to market yet.
