......FCNCA bought the Matrix Funding Corp. entity and used its NOLs for tax assets.....FCNCA paid off the BK priority claimants (where is that tracking in your analysis, PRE.....???) in cash and PLEDGED 345,000 shares of FCNCA common stock to the uwbi common stockholders (300K shares from mommy and he personally ponied up the balance - - to offset the JPM problem) .........drama on what happened next, PRE..........................but the pledged stock was sold and the proceeds were deposited, per the over-riding deposit agreement........where they sit........waiting to be paid out.......estimates of $138mm+/-..............
............the FDIC UWB/Receiver is still in the process of raking in the recoveries/clawbacks........they wouldn't give me a dollar amount, but steered me to their website where the recoveries are totaled.......$116mm is all I came up with....................
