4.9% at a time? Not all at once?
I don’t see a reverse split at all.
They can increase the authorized shares.
Many companies are trying not to do reverse split.
If this technology really works and customers line up for this technology Digital Location could get bought up by a major company or end up having earnings from many major companies.
Either way they company could buy back the shares later. Or another company could try a hostile takeover by buying up the shares
