Correct we have all seen stocks like NSA* which has 5 Billion shares in the OS Run on Hype Alone to .15 cents. We watched another ticker RGB* run from .0021 to over .08 cents in Three Days on Good News. They had an OS of around 3.5 Billion shares at the time.

Our DLOC share structure is still remains very good and nobody has converted anything yet, and even if they do, it will still be small enough to sustain a massive run on with the right Groundbreaking News.
I will be adding any dips.
