If they didn't know it shows a lack.......

of experience. But isn't that par for the course with SFRX?

Could be they had no idea it had been done before and they did, on their own, invent it, unaware that someone else had also done it.

Kyle started out the talk to potential investors about all this treasure Spain had mined in the New World, which was used to fund their war effort. It's well documented that Kyle, The Baer, and Tim Reynolds have been told BEFORE that talk that it is illegal to disturb these wrecks and that the state will not issue permits to recovery treasure from such wrecks as it violates state and federal law. Kyle doesn't talk about any other targets, just Spain's property.

Larger picture, I doubt they would be creating all of these things if this whole thing was just one big con job as some who are completely uninvolved with the company and have conflicts of interest claim it to be

.

I guess it's the Hydro-Loop Method mentioned in one report that SFRX requested be kept confidential, so it's hard to know if it's the same thing.

Regardless, would someone retrofit a peel grab that came out of a junk yard for marine use and test it at 4000 meters if it was a big con job as some who are completely uninvolved with EXPL and have conflicts of interest claim it to be?

Professionals know retrofits are commonplace in the industry as situations arise. Some work, some don't.

But again, Kyle was talking to potential investors....ie he wanted their money.

He starts with a questionable business model and never discusses how SFRX can salvage Spain's wrecks and not violate state and federal law. Is he targeting ignorant investors, or is he just that ignorant himself?

Then he finishes with the ShipShark™, that he claims will detect a Colonial Era wreck within 50 miles.

And the ONLY folks that would question this have a conflict of interest?

Amusing.

If this were a scam, we would have seen a RS or 2 by now, IMO.

Anyway, Good Luck to all Shareholders of SFRX here.

Hopefully we get some good news soon on the COEs Permit.

We do not hold the recovered [treasure] is ultimately Spanish property. Rather we merely hold the sovereign immunity owed the shipwreck of the Mercedes also applies to any cargo the Mercedes was carrying when it sank.

BTW, how many wrecks has SFRX obtained legal right to title to?

Just one, which is more than the trinkets they’ve found.

Quote: Surely someone said "Hey, in the past they pumped freshwater from the top down to the bottom to clear the dark water." And from there they set about making what they needed.

The methodology for getting clear water pumped down to the murky water on the bottom was already invented and frequently used so why are you trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill?

Also, let me state that I for one never labeled this company as a scam or pump and dump scheme. On the other hand I have always (and continue to do so) questioned the professionalism and competence of the company based upon its total lack of performance that being finding treasure.
