correct.
5 cents would be something of a breakout.
but that is an estimate of my expectations... if it were ever to go that way.
15 to 25 cents.. then r/s for uplist.
obviously almost 1 bill in outstanding shares isn't a good thing.
and being on a pretty much almost defunct exchange isn't a benefit either..
