Sure does, Shaun and his family members are dumping millions of shares weekly, so obvious it's laughable. When was the last time their "forward moving news" was the announcement of an actual sale or contract? Answer, never, FACT. Never once have they announced a sale/contract, just a "letter of support" which is nothing more than agreeing to keep testing their product, which has resulted in not one sale, lol
