Well they are moving ahead with the spin-off.

Spin-offs do cost some money.


Also 25 million shares is not significant.


But what happened today is that the stock was shorted all day by crooks and criminals.


So they blindsided a lot of retailers.


Some retail ran to the damn hills.


And some retail simply accumulated more.
