Penny stock flippers. They feel they can buy now, ride the promotion up and flip out of it before the RS. Especially if they have what they feel is an inside connection who will warn of the RS.

With all the obvious insider info (true or not, it doesn't matter) being handed out, a few days warning about a RS could prove very profitable.

But will this ever see $0.10-0.15 range....very, very doubtful. Be lucky to see 0.005 even with all the hopeful emails Deb sends out.
