No. What information even the ATTORNEYS can convey to the jurors is restricted and limited.

Just like how it isn't possible for the attorneys to even suggest a damage model that is greater than what is allowed.

Lamberth has decided this amount of scraps is all that we are legally allowed to ask for.

Thanks for the clarification,is there a way to get FMCC commons shareholders opinion to be expressed and known by the jurors

In other words you mean, influence the Jury? Sure why not. We have lost other cases for different reasons than that.. there is always a first time

Also, on a different note,, what happened to claytrader.. atleast his posts were entertaining here while it lasted
