1- confirmed NO DILUTION,
2- NO A/S increase and
3-NO CHANCE at R/S.
4- Set up PRnewsire type news service for future news to much larger audience

IMO- PERFECT STORM BREWING HERE AT $RMRK with company fundamentals hitting chart technicals at the right time IMO.
