Nope. Not when the preponderance of evidence suggests he is guilty of violating the Espionage Act. A jury will decide that question.
And the question of Nauta and HIS attorney has no bearing on the prosecution of Trump, except to the extent that Trump’s PAC is paying the legal fees (we’ll…truth be told…the donors to Trump’s PAC are paying his legal fees).
Hope there’s a firewall between Nauta’s attorney and the PAC, because throwing Nauta under the bus is always an option for Trump.
