Ya but they have performed well where the fight for standing has been fought with a judge who thus far has favored their arguments, and will give them the trial if the defendants want one, because we do. now is now, I would say these last ten years have been about - (what are the defendants going to do in the face of a jury trial?) No long letters no history journals. Short and to the point its taken 10 years to get here and here is - (the exhausting standing record + jury = leverage) settle or trial defendants take your pick
