I don't think it is fake. They used to fake selling a ton of shares, but not buying. That is someone wanting a chunk of shares at the price that was fair before the last update. Meaning at the price one could expect to buy in before we knew generic Oxy submission was coming up in about a month. No one is going to give them that discount now and the company is not diluting so they can raise their bid or move on. Best case they get a few thousand shares in sideways trading.

I am sure if you decide to sell a million shares that buyer will be happy to take them off your hands.
