was hardly a huge gap at the open. we had already had a reaction to turning down the share increase - which will happen anyway - so will we fall when they double the authorized share count in August? COmpany has a declared and executed strategy for raising funds needed, unfortunately shorts dorve the price so low that meant far too many shares being issued.
hopefully we get more grants and loans so we do not need to goto the market with shares for 6-9 months while FCEV sales start to roll out
