If that merger happens at all, it will be after the reverse split the company has on the books to wipe out all the bagholders from LEAS’s previous (failed) business so that the folks who invested in ANEW’s business and growth will own 99% of the equity of this company. They’re not going to let their business ownership be handed over to anyone who didn’t own ANEW previously. The CEO alone has a 30+% stake worth over $18M, and anybody who thinks he’s just going to let that slide needs to get their money out of the OTC and put it in CD’s or they’ll wind up losing it all.
