I don’t know of course , but in his case , having HIV for so many years , and if he is on HAART for that long , not sure if one need to look for other reasons already ..
But this is only my opinion !!
They may happen BTW , but poor man has many reasons already ..
If he is not on Leronlimab right now , and I say if , this is the most tragic for him imo , and then I am really , really sorry ..,
