If i'm not mistaken it takes 3 years previous financials to get on the OTCBB, so starting with 2006 they would still need both 2005 & 2004 to be listed with any higher exchange, as far as what will be on the finacials isn't as releveant as the fact they are starting the process of becoming transparent with the SEC, having said that have they filed 2005/2004 financials? if so they are clear for OTCBB.
On the other hand it will be interesting to see share structure,income statement, balance sheet etc.
